I have met plenty of people who have an incorrect idea of what Poland is like. When I tell them our family will be moving to the beautiful city of Krakow, they look at me like a deer in the headlights and just smile and say how wonderful that is.
As frustrating as this is, why would I have the expectation that they would all know what Krakow is like? I myself have an unreal expectation of people. So, I am posting just a few pictures of Krakow, Poland. I hope you will enjoy them, they were taken last October. It is such a beautiful city and the people are so giving and nice. I look forward to partnering with some good friends there and bringing Jesus to a new generation.
This is why we're going. It's a small group of young adults who have a desire to see their generation stand up and live for Jesus. They are all so wonderful- just meeting them was such an encouragement to me!

We are going to have to do the yellow party next week, because of Karisma's birthday party today, I have visiting family, and I am suddenly finding myself under A LOT of stress and pressure...

It is beautiful! Other's don't understand why we would want to live anywhere but the USA. We received many comments about why we would want to move to Mexico. Those that have a heart to see lost souls won, understand once you explain but those that are non-christians or don't have that vision at all just ask why you don't stay in the USA and help people there. There are many needy people in the USA. So, I totally understand. I love living in Mexico even though it is dirty and many places are run down and we live among the poor. There is beautiful architechture here also, but much of what we see is old looking buildings with graffiti all over it. There is even graffiti on the outside of our house. But we love the people and we love the city. I can't imagine living back in the states right now.
